I can see the notifications for a split second after opening the gallery for the first time after opening the game but after that it continues to stay I was testing this yesterday and this is what I found. The notifications in the notifcation box or whatever it's called on the gallery news page don't show up for me anymore. I believe the last patch on 1/16 caused this to start happening, but I'm not 100% sure. Please describe the patch or change you made.
